  • green & red pepper Seeded and Cut into 1-Inch Morsels
  • red onion Seeded and Cut into 1-Inch Morsels

Instructions

  • Combine marinate ingredients in a large bowl
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Skewer the steak, bell peppers and onion onto metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  • Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
  • Serve with your favorite accompaniments and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cut the steak into uniform 1 to 1.5-inch cubes to ensure even cooking.
  • Marinate the steak for at least 1-2 hours, but no more than 24 hours. Longer marination for tougher cuts, shorter for tender cuts like tenderloin.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. For charcoal grills, wait until the coals are covered with white ash.
  • Prevent sticking by oiling the grates before placing the kabobs on the grill.
  • Cook the kabobs for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat reaches your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy:
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro over the kabobs for added flavor and color.
  • Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice for brightness.
