Ingredients
  

  • large egg ~ 1
  • feta cheese ~ 20 grams
  • small tortilla or slice of toasted bread ~ 1
  • avocado ~ ΒΌ for garnish
  • Dried oregano
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Cooking oil spray or olive oil spray
  • Garnish with pickled onions and chili oil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • step 1: First take a large pan, spray oil in it so that it covers the whole pan and add 200 grams of feta cheese.
  • step :2 Wait until the cheese is spread all over the pan and then add an egg and top with the dry oregano.
  • step: 3 Now slowly sprinkle the chili flakes. Now take a small tortilla or slice of toasted bread and heat it lightly then add a slice of avocado for decoration and then add the feta fried egg on top.
  • step: 4 Now add onion pickle and chili oil to garnish and enjoy hot with your family.

Notes

  1. Use a firm feta cheese: Make sure to use a firm block of feta cheese for frying to maintain its shape and texture.
  2. Coat the cheese: Before frying, you can coat the feta cheese in a light batter or breadcrumbs to add a crispy texture.
