To make chicken 65 first take good quality boneless chicken 420 gm and put it in a bowl then add half spoon of salt as per your choice or taste and now add two spoons of kashmiri red chili.
Now add half teaspoon of cumin seeds, half teaspoon of ginger paste and three teaspoons of yogurt.
Now stir very well so that all the ingredients are completely mixed, after two to three minutes add the egg white. Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour
You can add any flour according to your choice but to make it very crispy it will be better if you add corn flour, now I will add one spoon of rice flour and one spoon of Maida flour and then add one sprig of coriander. Mix all the ingredients well and leave for 30 minutes.
Take a pan, put oil in it, after the oil is hot, put the marinated chicken pieces in it, keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, if it is hot, it will cook on top and the chicken may remain raw inside, so slowly Let rise slowly. Brown the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes, then remove it from the oil and place it on a plate. Now take a pan and add one spoon of cooking oil in it.
In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil. Add curry leaves, sliced garlic, and green chilies. Fry them until they are fragrant and the garlic is golden brown. Add dry red chilies for extra heat and flavor. Toss the fried chicken pieces in this tempering mix to coat them well.
