First take two white color onions and peel them and cut them into small pieces
Now crush the onion with a chopper and squeeze out the excess water in it and then add a bowl of bread crumbs.
Now add some milk and salt ½ tbsp to it and stir to mix the ingredients well.
Now take a small ball from the prepared batter and shape it into a ring shape. Don't forget to put baking paper under the rings otherwise there is a chance of the rings sticking to the plate. After all the rings are ready, keep them in the fridge for four hours.
Now to prepare the cover, take a bowl and put one bowl of flour in it, then slowly add milk and keep stirring. Take special care that the batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.
After placing the ring in the fridge now dip it in the prepared batter and then dip it in bread crumbs to coat it and then put it on a plate and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Now take a frying pan and heat the oil in it on medium temperature and then fry your rings for about two to three minutes, once the rings turn golden brown and crispy, take them out on a serving plate and serve hot.
