Heat the TawaGrease the tawa lightly with oilHeat it well on medium flame
Pour the BatterStir the batterPour it over the hot tawa using a ladleDo not spread the batter like regular dosa
Add Oil and CookDrizzle oil around the edges and a little in the centerCook the dosa for 10 minutes on medium-low flame
Fold and Serve
Once crisp, fold the dosa in half
