Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, add: Rice flour Sooji (rava) Maida (all-purpose flour) Salt Asafoetida (hing) Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Add Flavor Now add to the flour mixture: Finely chopped onions green chillies Grated or chopped ginger Cumin seeds Crushed peppercorns Curry leaves Mix everything again.

 Add Curd & Water Add fresh curd to the mixture Gradually pour in water Mix well to form a thin, watery batter (like buttermilk) Check salt and adjust if needed

 Rest the Batter Let the batter rest for 30 minutes This helps the flavors blend and improves texture

Heat the Tawa Grease the tawa lightly with oil Heat it well on medium flame

Pour the Batter Stir the batter Pour it over the hot tawa using a ladle Do not spread the batter like regular dosa

  Add Oil and Cook Drizzle oil around the edges and a little in the center Cook the dosa for 10 minutes on medium-low flame

  Fold and Serve Once crisp, fold the dosa in half No need to flip transfer to a plate

 Serve Hot Crispy, hot Rava Dosa is ready Serve with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or sambar
