Recipe 1 – Oats Upma
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
Curry leaves, mustard, asafoetida
Onion, chillies, vegetables
Salt and lemon juice
Method:
Dry roast the oats.
Separate them and heat oil for frying.
Add spices and vegetables.
Then add oats and water and cover and sauté for 5 minutes.
